What are the free plan limits?

• You cannot create additional groups, but you may join as many groups as you like.
• You can publish one ranking topic (with up to 16 items). You can always create draft topics without limit.
• You can create up to 3 polls.
• Data export (copy to clipboard and CSV download) is not available. Sharing Top 10 rankings as an image is still available to everyone.

Can free accounts benefit from a single premium user in the group?

Yes. We designed it this way. One premium user can publish all the topics in a group. Free account users can still contribute items and feedback while the topics are in the draft stage.

Can I add images to the topic items?

Not yet, but it's at the top of our roadmap. Image support requires additional storage and bandwidth costs, so we've held off while keeping the app as affordable as possible. As our user base grows, we'll have the resources to roll this out.

Why are there so many matchups?

When a topic is published, a matchup is generated for every combination of topic items. For a topic with 64 items, this creates 2,016 matchups. Unless you have a super-motivated group of voters, this can be a daunting number of votes. Our advice is to keep topic items as few as you possibly can.

Why can't I have more than 64 topic items?

The number of matchups grows quickly with each additional item, so we capped topics at 64 to keep voting feasible. 64 supports large bracket-style competitions without producing an overwhelming number of matchups. See the question above for more detail.

How does the Grab Bag work?

Grab Bag randomizes all unvoted matchups across all of your topics. To hide a topic or an entire group from Grab Bag, tap the eye icon next to it on the respective tab.

Do all group members see matchups in the same order?

No. Matchup order is different per individual. This helps spread out the votes to all items in the topic.

On the rankings list, what do score and confidence mean?

• Score: Uses the Bradley-Terry model. It's not about who has the most wins; it's about the quality of the opponent. Beating a strong opponent boosts the score more than beating a weak opponent.
• Confidence is a measure of how likely it is that the current ranking of an item will change with more votes. A confidence of 0% means the ranking is unstable and likely to shift, while a confidence of 100% means the ranking is settled and very unlikely to change.

How do I delete my account?
